W J Fire founder Kevin Jackson has just returned from a triumphant 500 mile cycle ride around the north coast of Scotland. A grueling challenge as the ride was completed over just 5 days. Kevin was cycling to raise money for Parkinsons UK as the condition has recently affected a family member. “I am back home now after just completing the NC500 with 5 friends. It’s a 500 mile road route round the North Coast of Scotland. We cycled this over 5 days with roughly 31K feet of climbing. Luckily we had only 1 puncture and 1.5 hours of rain, but lots of wind with one day being about a 20mph headwind. It’s a challenge I recommend to anyone. The views are stunning and roads are good.”
