All service/maintenance documents quotes and invoices are e-mailed to you.
The service package includes small parts due to fair wear and tear plus refills. It excludes replacement parts/new equipment, which will be quoted following the service visit. All service or maintenance visits are carried out in accordance with the current British Standards. The fire risk assessment is carried out in line with The Regulatory Reform (fire safety) Order 2005.
The company is registered with The British Fire Consortium, who monitor service quality and keep us up to date with the current standards.
We will give you peace of mind and allow you to have a single point of contact for all of your fire needs. We can also offer a pre booked service visit scheduling to allow you to forecast our attendances on your site. This can be done in accordance with you and your tenants to minimise disruption to the site.
